Your discussion of Jane Doe’s physical attributes and the suggestion that she signed up to be raped because it was what her available options are is just possibly the most despicable shit I have ever heard.  Oh you don’t remember what they were?

You described Doe as "not the most attractive gal" and "extremely beefy," and speculated that Doe "probably enjoyed being admired" because "she clearly didn't grow up the incredibly beautiful one"

I wanna revoke your woman card.  You have abused it too much and I think we need to take your vag card...

But then I remember why women like you do what you do...

Your experience has taught that you have to move closer to the threat.  Become aligned with the threat so as to neutralize it.  I get it, I have tried that to a time or two.  Did you get badly burned as well?  Did that harden your heart to the point of the viciousness we see you spew with regularity?

I want to hate you.  I really fucking do.  But I can’t.  Because underneath all that venom and judgment, I see a very damaged and broken woman.  Someone who learned to strike first before being struck.  And it breaks my heart for you. To terrorize under the guise of journalism.  Come on Megyn...are you really this heartless bitch??

Remember when your trust was betrayed?

Remember when you were made to doubt your safety?

I would love to say that makes you an exceptional woman, but in today’s world, I think it makes you not a woman.  I think it would likely qualify you for being a man though.  What a travesty that would be...to lose your womanhood in favor of the men who rape and pillage and take what is not theirs to take.

I pray that you have just landed where you spout pious bullshit because of misplaced white privilege instead of a vacant cover for shame and guilt, turned outward as if that can mask the pain you hold inside.

I see you Megyn.  I fucking see you.  I see the pain, the heartbreak, the loss and the rage.  But for fuck’s sake can you please look where you are aiming that shit?

Do you not think that Jane Doe hasn’t been through enough?  Do you REALLY think that her appearance is relevant here?  Do you really think women who are raped enjoyed the attention?  When the fuck did you come to associate being raped as being admired? And how the fuck ever could you come to that conclusion?  And when the fuck did beauty have anything to do with sexual assault?

I have no idea what Jane Doe looks like, which is so fitting because we are all her.  She is us.  We are the same.  All of us who are female have endured similar assaults and lived in the shadow of them for decades.  And if, by some fucking miracle, we don’t know EXACTLY what it feels like, we have been afraid of it since we knew what it was.  And some of us came to know that fear long before we knew what it was.

Megyn, it seems you have forgotten so let me remind you...sexual assault is about power.  And you seem to know something about that...you wield it, poorly, I might add, but you do.  And this is what you are choosing to do with your power.  Rape.  Oh no, not with your penis, but with your womanhood.  You are the best, worst example of the call coming from inside the fucking house.  How can you stand against another woman who has been through so much and still has so much more to endure?  How the fuck can you support the bullshit rhetoric that is taking women’s lives and shattering them into a million fucking pieces?  How can you use your power like that?

I don’t expect better from you.  You continuously show us who you are.  And so many of us have just written you off, “she is a right wing nut job”, “she is feral and has no control over her mouth,” or my favorite, “I’m a soulless litigator, give me any opinion and I can argue it...” Which is what YOU say about YOURSELF!  Megyn, just because you CAN, doesn’t mean you SHOULD!  So please, for the love of all that is holy, which really should be women’s bodies, shut the fuck up!  We do not need another voice holding us down and back.  The misogynists are always recruiting but it doesn’t mean you have to join, Megyn.  IT DOESN’T MEAN YOU HAVE TO!

In the meantime, I will pray for you and all your trauma.  I will pray that you never again have to feel what you have felt, that your own daughter will never have to experience what you or Jane Doe did. That is all I am left with as I stand here bereft and baffled as to how you can do what you do over and over again and call it a career.  Can a career built on the complete inability to distinguish menacing mean spiritedness from journalism be called honorable?  Honest? A career?

I may start a movement of my own.  Pull Megyn Kelly’s Woman Card. I mean, clearly she isn’t using it for the purpose intended.  I mean, the woman card is there to support, encourage and uplift other women, most especially those women who are going through some shit.  And since that doesn’t ever seem to be what you choose to do with it, perhaps we might just revoke it since all you seem to do is abuse it.  And, I am speaking for all women who are paying attention right now, we are fucking sick of it.
